Order & Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Where We Ship
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available.
Standard shipping on all orders less than $100 (before taxes & shipping) is $7.95 and free for all orders over $100 (before taxes & shipping). Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Applicable California sales tax will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding that Yasmine’s Room is a platform for women to bring love, pleasure, and well-being into their lives. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items that have been opened or used.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
If a product is simply not performing as you expected, we would appreciate your sharing your experience or concern with us. Fill out our contact form at the bottom of this page and tell us about your experience. We want your feedback on the products we carry.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. rechargeable or battery-powered products offer one-year manufacturers' warranties.
Any claims for misprinted / damaged /defective t-shirts must be submitted within 14 days after product has been received. Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
We check your products shape before we ship, and we package them carefully. If damage has occurred during shipping, inform the carrier at the time of delivery. Take photos of the box, and inform us by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
If we’ve made a mistake on your order, contact us, and we’ll correct the situation and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the original product contact us by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
